Description

Aberdeen Renewable Energy Group (AREG) works on behalf of its members to promote the capabilities of companies and organisations in Aberdeen and the North East of Scotland in the renewable energy sector, and to assist them in accessing new opportunities in this field.

AREG plays a key role in developing a sustainable renewable energy sector in Scotland and the UK through supporting their unrivalled membership network and attracting investment.

AREG are also supporting the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre (EOWDC) in Aberdeen Bay. This is Scotland’s largest offshore wind test and demonstration facility which is being developed by Vattenfall-owned Aberdeen Offshore Wind Farm Limited.
