The Global Women Petroleum & Energy Club is part of the Frontier Communications World Upstream Clubs & Networks and serves to connect women in oil, gas & energy.

From their base in the United Kingdom, the Club provide Public Relations & Marketing Services, Media Services and Clubs & Networks to the worldwide oil, gas and energy industry.

The Global Women Petroleum & Energy Club was founded in 2000 by Global Pacific & Partners and since then has been providing a platform for women to network, share experiences and enhance leadership.

History

The Global Women in Petroleum & Energy Club was founded in 2000 to recognise the ascending and significant role of women fulfilling key roles in global oil, gas and energy industry. The Club has provided a platform ever since, always with women's advancement at its heart.

The Club offer a key platform for women to network, share experiences and enhance leadership and works to champion the interests of women in geoscience, management and at board level within worldwide oil, gas and energy.

The Club affirmed its place as a key networking platform promoting knowledge exchange, social functions, worldwide networking, mentoring and collaboration. It has delivered two major conferences; one on Women & Energy in Africa, held in Johannesburg, and another on Global Women in Oil & Gas, in London plus numerous events around the world.
