Description
Uvatneftegaz is engaged in the exploration and development of the Uvat group of fields located in Western Siberia in the Uvat district of the Tyumen region, 400 km from Tyumen.
Rosneft holds 100% of Uvatneftegaz shares.
Commercial oil production in the south of the Tyumen region started in 1991. The new stage of the project was implemented in February 2009, when new Urnenskoe and Ust-Tegusskoe fields of Eastern development center were put on production.
