Caledonia Competence was formed in 2015 with the objective of applying pragmatic, business focused solutions to Competence and Talent Development related challenges faced by the industry.

Based in Aberdeen, Scotland, the Company have a group of experienced Competence Assurance and Learning & Development experts who understand the importance of delivering efficient and effective solutions to their clients.

Core services included are the set-up, auditing and health checks of client Competence Management Systems. 

Other services include the training of client personnel in the roles of Workplace Assessors and Internal Verifiers and the set-up or support of client Talent Management programmes.
