WBC Training are a team of experienced professionals and instructors who enjoy passing on their knowledge and experience to the next generation of business and project leaders.

The company help develop management careers in highly complex and capital-intensive sectors such as energy, minerals & mining, telecoms, petrochemicals and infrastructure. WBC believe that a successful career in these sectors depends on a thorough understanding of the industry’s complexities. Technical expertise is not enough: to become a leader means understanding the market, the geopolitics, the technology, the finance, the many different stakeholders – as well as knowing how to get the best out of a team.

The firm was set up in 2012 by Angus Warren, an energy industry veteran whose career includes 15 years at BP. All of the company's associates have similar extensive experience within industry or government.
