HydroSurv

Description

HydroSurv are designers, builders and operators of Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) for environmental, geophysical and hydrographic data collection and survey campaigns within inland, coastal and inshore waters.

Services:

  • HydroSurv operates a fleet of five REAV Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) which are mobilised for their own survey campaigns, or are available for leasing by customers.
  • HydroSurv operate their own survey support assets including road vehicles for transporting USVs and running survey, and small commercial boats for supervisory operations or force-multiplier campaigns.
  • HydroSurv has its own inventory of profiling and imaging sonar equipment, underwater and surface camera systems, and hydrographic / mapping software suites.
  • HydroSurv own a suite of engineering design software packages including 3D modelling and CAD, hydrostatic and hydrodynamic analysis tools.
  • HydroSurv operates its own rapid prototyping facility which is set-up for special processes including Additive Layer Manufacture (ALM), advanced composite construction, the welding and fabrication of thermoplastics and production of mechanical / electrical sub-assemblies.
