Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation & commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the asset and program life cycle within the onshore, offshore and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. Oilserv Limited was incorporated in 1992 and commenced operations in 1995.

The Company has pooled the expertise of highly qualified and experienced Engineers, Technicians and other support Personnel to provide Total Quality Services (TQS) to the Multinational, Local Oil & Gas and Power Companies/Industries operating in Nigeria for Onshore & Offshore activity.

Oilserv has continued to optimize its growth using its resources as well as through alliances and joint ventures with international Companies in specific areas of the industry. The Company is also offering services beyond Nigeria, especially in the African Sub – Region (Uganda and Ghana).

Oilserv Limited has proven its strength in Oil & Gas Pipeline/Flowline including Oil & Gas Facilities (Gas Metering Stations & Flow stations) as well as in Gas Power Generation areas. Activities in these areas cover Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning, Repairs, Maintenance, Upgrade, Rehabilitation and Project Management.

Detail Design and Front End Engineering (FEED) support is provided by their sister company Frazimex Engineering Limited.
