Devon Energy Corporation is a leading independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company. Devon's operations are focused onshore in the United States.

The company's portfolio of oil and gas properties provides stable, environmentally responsible production and a platform for future growth. The company produces approximately 140,000 barrels of oil per day and has a deep inventory of development opportunities to deliver future growth. Devon also produces about 575 million cubic feet of natural gas a day and about 80,000 barrels of natural gas liquids per day.

The company's oil and natural gas properties are concentrated in the Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States. Currently these properties with proved and producing reserves in the Gulf Coast region are situated in Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana and Alabama, and in the Rocky Mountain region are situated in Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming. Denbury's primary focus is using CO2 in enhanced oil recovery (“CO2 EOR”), and their current portfolio of CO2 EOR projects provides significant oil production and reserve growth potential in the future, assuming crude oil prices are at levels that support the development of those projects.
