Incorporated in 2009, Tudor Hall Energy Limited (THE) is focussed on conventional oil and gas exploration and near term production opportunities in Europe and Africa. The company is privately owned with all financing provided by shareholders through private equity placements. Executive and Technical Management capture opportunity and secure dedicated funding to resource work programs for exploration, appraisal and development projects.
Selected assets are managed within subsidiaries such as Tudor Hall Energy Europe Limited (THEE) which provide a commercial vehicle for private equity finance to be assigned and ring fenced to a project.
The geographic remit of the overall ambitions span Europe and Africa. The current focus of THEE are certain European assets comprising near term oil and gas field developments and further exploration.
African exposure is achieved through arrangements with a small but very effective number of in region established explorers. The Company's role is both in a technical and invested partner capacity.
