A global leader in seismic nodal technology. Fairfield Geotechnologies provides superior images, processing and licensing solutions.
Fairfield Geotechnologies technology dramatically simplifies the logistics of deployment and data acquisition. Their autonomous and reliable seismic acquisition systems have helped explorationists and asset teams worldwide contend with environmentally challenging marine and onshore environments - at a significantly lower total cost of ownership.
With this proprietary technology, Fairfield have also built and licensed a vast, multi-client library of data for the Gulf of Mexico and the Permian Basin, further helping their customers overcome economic challenges.
History
As a company, Fairfield Geotechnologies laid a strong baseline more than 30 years ago, committing itself to delivering a superior image while overcoming prevalent operational challenges.
Beginning with their Telseis® system design, Fairfield set the standard in transition-zone seismic data collection. As their recording systems evolved, the company refined processing and computer technology to produce a uniquely Fairfield Geotechnologies product known as ZTechnology®, the result of which was their Gulf of Mexico Shelf 3D multi-client library, the industry’s premier database.
Fairfield pioneered and today lead the industry in nodal technology, providing acquisition tools, processing services, licensing solutions, and expertise to meet today’s seismic challenges with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
