Eliotus was founded in October 2014 by Pascal D’hont – a French national, UK based for the last 30 years, avocat at the Paris bar 1994 to 2014, Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France 2000 to 2016, and a partner in the Big 4 in London. Since 2014, Eliotus has grown steadily.
