The first meeting of AREG’s Energy Futures Professional Services Network will take place on Thursday, 24 August from 1 to 2pm.

The upcoming network will see its chair Rod Hutchison, AREG director and partner at Aberdein Considine, joined by a panel of industry experts who will share their career journeys and provide key messages for attendees to take away about the opportunities and challenges for those working within professional services.

The panel includes Beena Sharma, CEO at CCU International, Murray Edward Duguid, founder of Energy Insider, James McIntyre, finance manager sectoral decarbonisation at Shell and Jamie Hunter, programme lead lawyer at EDF Renewables UK & Ireland.

The event is an ideal opportunity to hear more from those who have made the transition into careers in the low-carbon space.

The network will meet online via MS Teams on Thursday, 24 August from 1 to 2pm.

Open to members and non-members alike, the network will also meet in person later this year and is looking to hear your views as part of the conversation.
