RODHER was founded in 2009 by Cristhian Rodriguez and Carmen Herbas in Katy, Texas. This fledgling two persons organization initially provided Mechanical Engineering services to the oil & gas, refinery and petrochemical industry. The company have since grown into a full-service, integrated consulting firm, boasting one strategically located offices serving more than 30 companies in their core industrial markets.
RODHER can assist in all phases of capital and maintenance project development and execution including feasibility, Aspen TICs, Detailed Design, Procurement, and Construction Management. Chemic’s 18+ year history includes a depth of experience in the Upstream, Midstream, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power, and Renewable Energy markets. Although RODHER is a true “Texan”, locally owned and operated company with deep roots in the Greater Houston Area, the company have a history of success executing projects throughout Texas and globally.
