Subsea and mechanical engineering specialist company Imenco has announced a key appointment to oversee increasing levels of work in Brazil.

Following substantial growth, the company has now appointed Jorge Baptista to the role of Commercial Coordinator (Brazil) to help steer Imenco’s progress using a wealth of experience gained in a range of roles. As a graduate in accountability and foreign trade, Jorge’s reputation for working closely with customers during and after sales is valued across his network and his local knowledge will be instrumental in helping Imenco gain further traction in the region.

Imenco’s progress in Brazil is part of ongoing expansion in other international markets, with the US and Middle East also showing similar growth potential for the company’s product portfolio.  These plans will be bolstered by an expanded service offering which includes a range of products encompassing subsea engineering, intervention, and system design solutions which are evolving for use in the decommissioning and renewables markets.
