Øgreid AS, through its subsidiary Verket Investering AS, has entered an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Ramco Holding Norway and Ramco Norway AS from the UK-based company Ramco Pipetech Holdings Ltd.

Ramco is a leader in the care and maintenance of OCTG and has been delivering service excellence globally for more than 40 years. The company is known for its technological competence, and a strong, loyal customer base.

The company work with a long-term perspective and aims to support companies in their further development for many years to come. The acquisition marks a strategic move for Øgreid AS, strengthening the group’s position in industrial operations with high expertise and growth potential.

Ramco Norway will continue to operate under the same name and management, and current employees will not be affected due to the change in ownership. Øgreid AS looks forward to supporting the company’s further expansion both in Norway and internationally. 

The transaction was completed on 23 June 2025. Alpha Corporate Finance acted as advisor to Ramco.
