This week, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) received Mr. Richard Ward, Deputy CEO of the American company Weatherford, at the Corporation’s headquarters in Tripoli.
During the meeting, the company's deputy CEO announced its return to Libya after a hiatus of more than ten years, expressing a genuine desire to resume its work providing services to Libyan oil companies.
During the meeting, Mr. Richard explained that the company has already begun operating from its new headquarters in the Hay Al-Andalus area of Tripoli, stressing its readiness to provide full services from its field site in the Jalu 59 field.
