Jereh self-developed coiled tubing trailers stepped on the journey to Algeria, marking that Chinese coiled tubing unit has entered Algeria market for the very first time.

It was Jereh’s 500th well service equipment manufactured this year, which is hence meaningful to the company.

Considering the need of hoisting capacity and operation efficiency, Jereh engineers decided to connect the reel, coiled tubing, injector and blowout preventer together in an ingenious way, which will save the time of stringing and reduce labor consumption as well.

The unit also comes with a 52,000-pound crane, easy to hoist the injector and well control equipment. A hydraulic control system is equipped to deflect the reel, which can overcome the influence on space, accomplish the centering of reel and injector and raise overall efficiency.

To cater to the scotching desert environment, Jereh optimized the performance of cooling system and chassis, thus enhancing the equipment’s adaptability and passing-through ability under such working conditions. The control room is upgraded as well to provide a cozy working environment for operators.

Due to ongoing Covid-19 outbreak, Algeria has shut down the borders and canceled all the flights. How to conduct the acceptance test of the equipment has become a new challenge for the project. Sun, Head of Algeria Region, says, “We managed to find a way to make this acceptance online during this special time. The live broadcast enabled client and Jereh to communicate in spite of distance and allowed us to show every detail carefully. We are proud to see that client is satisfied with our products.”
