Vantage Drilling International has entered into a contract with Eni Montenegro BV (“Eni”) for its premium jackup rig, the Topaz Driller, to perform drilling services offshore of Montenegro for 180 days.
Ihab Toma, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, commented,
