Genel Energy plc announces that Mehmet Ogutcu has indicated his intention to retire from the Board of Genel at the AGM in May 2018.
Mehmet Ogutcu has served over six years at Genel as Non-Executive Director and more recently as Chairman of the HSSE Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. The Nomination Committee will review the composition of those committees in due course.
