On March 16, 2019, in continuation of the existing agreements between Zarubezhneft JSC and Uzbekneftegaz JSC, the joint venture Andijanpetro LLC was registered.
Andijanpetro LLC will operate in Uzbekistan, and licenses for the existing oil fields South Alamyshik, Khartoum and East Khartoum will be transferred to its jurisdiction.
It is planned to increase oil production at these fields using advanced technologies for managing the development and use of modern oilfield equipment.
