Petrosys has announced the acquisition of Interica – well known for its industry leading archive solution PARS™, Interica has been providing information management software and consultancy services in oil and gas for over 20 years.

The corporate ethos of allowing acquired companies to retain their individual identities and cultures, will mean Interica remains a respected, independent and responsive provider for data management software and services. The Petrosys approach to agile and innovative software development in collaboration with clients and partners will complement Interica’s long term evolution.
Joining Petrosys will enable a new phase of growth and geographic reach for Interica, providing access to a broader shared client base and pool of specialist expert knowledge, ensuring that quality, trusted data is at the centre of what drives innovation and efficiency for our customers.
