The Federal Government has approved the establishment of Crude Oil Export Terminal in the Kula axis of Rivers State by Belemaoil Producing Ltd.
The approval was contained in a letter dated 7th May, 2019 signed by the Director of the Department of Petroleum Resources, DPR Mr. Mordecai B. D. Ladan and conveyed to the Management of Belemaoil.
The statement said the approval will enable Belemaoil establish a Floating Storage and Offloading Vessel which will operate as a Crude Oil Export Terminal to be known as Belemaoil Terminal Kula.
