Senex Energy Limited advises of changes to its Board with the resignation of Mr Andy Zhmurovsky.
EIG Global Energy Partners, a substantial holder of Senex, has advised that it will soon appoint another nominee to replace Mr Zhmurovsky as a non-executive director on Senex’s Board.
Senex Chairman, Trevor Bourne, acknowledged the significant contribution that Mr Zhmurovsky had made to Senex’s Board over the last year.
