After seven successful years as chair at North Sea Midstream Partners (NSMP), Paul Warwick will step down at the end of June and will be succeeded by Marcus Richards.

Marcus has a strong upstream and midstream background, having been CEO of Dana Petroleum, SVP at BP and more recently Executive Advisor in the energy practice at Boston Consulting LLP. His BP career included oversight of asset operations and major projects in offshore US, UK and Norway as well as UK midstream infrastructure, including the Forties Pipeline System. Marcus also brings Chair and NED board experience, having served on company boards engaged in oil and gas, finance and emerging AI technology.
