Kelton, the specialist energy industry consultancy firm, has announced a strategic new European agency partnership with two highly regarded industry experts, Martijn Tavenier and Roy van Hartingsveldt. Recognised for their extensive contributions to the global metering and flow measurement community, Martijn and Roy bring a wealth of commercial, technical, and operational expertise that significantly strengthens Kelton’s position across Europe. 

Martijn Tavenier has built a strong career in senior business development roles within the energy sector, widely respected for his ability to build strong customer relationships, drive growth, and deliver complex projects across multiple markets. His deep understanding of midstream and downstream oil and gas, energy and utilities, and upstream operations brings valuable insight to Kelton’s expansion in Europe and aligns closely with the company’s long term strategic ambitions. 

Roy van Hartingsveldt is an expert technical specialist with broad experience in metering systems, calibration, and measurement assurance. Well known for his practical expertise and hands-on support to operators and service companies, Roy will play a key role in enhancing Kelton’s technical capability across the region. His knowledge adds important depth that will support Kelton’s existing teams and strengthen the delivery of specialist services to clients. 

Under this new agreement, Martijn and Roy will focus on supporting Kelton’s growth across energy, utilities, oil & gas, and related industrial sectors throughout Europe.
