CFO Anna Nord Bjercke in Statkraft AS has decided to step down from her position to pursue a career outside the company.

Bedrock Ocean Exploration welcomes David Gentle as their newest commercial leader.

Dolphin Drilling announces that Jon Oliver Bryce has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors has appointed Michael Boyd, currently the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, as the new CEO, effective immediately.

Lewis Gillies is joining XLCC as Executive Chairman designate.

Ian Douglas has decided to step down from his role as CEO at XLCC but will continue to act as a Non-Executive Director and Advisor.

Ragnhild Katteland, will become Chief Executive Officer designate at XLCC.

Owen Kratz, Helix Energy Solutions Group President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, has informed the Board of his intention to retire.
