A next-generation name in subsea asset integrity management software has reached the finals in two categories of a prestigious subsea awards scheme.
Elementz has been named as a finalist in the Company of the Year - Small category of the Subsea Expo Awards 2026 and lead software engineer Neha Bahukhandi has reached the finals of the Rising Star category.
The awards recognise: "the companies and individuals who are leading the way in the UK's underwater sectors each year." Winners will be announced at P&J Live on February 4th, 2026 during a black-tie dinner held as part of the annual Subsea Expo event.

As Lead Software Engineer, Neha is responsible for the architecture, development, and evolution of the company's core product Integrity Elementz. She leads a team of developers and junior colleagues, working closely with product, design, and customer experience teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and user-driven software.
The 25-strong team at Elementz is redefining the subsea sector by enabling the transformation and modernisation of integrity management across subsea asset portfolios, delivering solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability and safety. The creation of the Compass strategic advisory board, which includes representatives from companies such as Aker BP, bp, Shell, and Woodside Energy, gave birth to Tide Breaker which is transforming how AI is developed, validated and adopted across the subsea energy sector. It will enable start-ups to align with real operational challenges and provide subsea operators with proven, integrated solutions that meet evolving needs.
The project is guided by The Data Lab, Scotland’s Centre for Data Science and AI, who will leverage their experience in running collaborative innovation challenges to mentor this ground-breaking work. Thanks to support from ONE Digital Tech, Tide Breaker will also benefit from connections into the region’s wider entrepreneurial ecosystem. Finalist Neha played a key role in managing its technical roll out.
Commenting on the places in the finals of the Subsea Expo Awards 2026, Elementz CEO Jason Brown said:
