Forum Energy Technologies announced this week the secondary listing of its common stock on NYSE Texas, a fully electronic equities exchange headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The New York Stock Exchange continues to serve as FET’s primary exchange.
Neal Lux, President and Chief Executive Officer, remarked, “We are a global company, but call Texas home. Our headquarters and almost half of our workforce are located in Texas. We are proud to join NYSE Texas as a Founding Member.”
