Held on Thursday night [26 June 2025], the awards ceremony brought together more than 400 maritime professionals, industry leaders, and government officials from across the UK to celebrate innovation, progress, and excellence within the maritime sector, a vital contributor to the UK economy.

Interocean received the accolade in recognition of its people-first culture, which places employee wellbeing and growth at the heart of the organisation.
