CFO, Louisa Poole

Fulkrum, a global leader in inspection, expediting, auditing, and technical staffing services, has announced the appointment of Louisa Poole as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bolstering Fulkrum’s continued geographical expansion, Louisa boasts almost three decades of international experience. 

With a career spanning wealth management, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and private equity-backed ventures, Louisa brings a wealth of expertise overseeing global financial operations in the UK, Europe, Asia, and the USA.  She is an experienced financial director and chartered accountant with a proven track record supporting mergers and acquisitions, large-scale ERP implementations, strategic capital optimization, and organizational transformation for global enterprises. 

Commenting on the appointment, Fulkrum’s Global Vice President, Brock Falkenhagen, said:

Louisa’s appointment follows a hugely successful 2024 for Fulkrum in which it achieved over 40% year-on-year growth and expanded its service portfolio with the launch of Asset Integrity Management (AIM) services. Established in 2011, Fulkrum operates in five key regions – North America, South America, Europe and Africa, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, and has a proven track record working with some of the world’s leading operators, EPC contractors and service providers.
