Energias Renováveis has entered into an agreement with Transiziona, a White Summit Capital entity, for the sale of a portfolio of wind and solar photovoltaic energy projects located in Spain through its partnership with Green Mind Ventures.

The transaction comprises 28 projects with a total capacity of 231 MW and includes: (i) a forward sale to commercial operation date (COD) of projects with a total capacity of 145 MW; and (ii) a platform with a greenfield portfolio with an additional capacity of 86 MW.

The total value of the transaction is expected to reach up to €195,000,000 (one hundred and ninety-five million euros), and its completion remains subject to the fulfilment of the usual contractual conditions applicable to this type of transaction.

This transaction represents another significant step in Greenvolt’s strategy of delivering value through the successful execution and efficient rotation of its development-stage assets.
