Time: 18:00 - 21:00

The GESGB Exploring the Energy Transition SIG are hosting a discussion panel at the House of Commons on the future of the North Sea, evolving governmental policy, and the emerging role of Great British Energy.

Confirmed panel members:

  • Wera Hobhouse (Liberal Democrats MP for Bath) Sponsoring
  • Harriett Cross (Conservative MP for Gordon & Buchan)
  • Enrique Cornejo (Head of Energy Policy for OEUK)
  • Nina Skorupska (Board Member for Great British Energy)

We hope to explore some of the opportunities and hurdles that might emerge for our membership and a wider community, noting that the current consultation (Building the North Sea’s Energy Future) will have closed at the end of April.

This fundraising event will commence with a panel discussion and finish with a networking drinks reception.
