  • APA Corporation has named Kimberly Warnica to the position of executive vice president and chief legal officer, effective Jan. 13, 2025.
  • Clay Bretches, executive vice president, Operations at APA Corporation, has announced plans to retire July 1, 2025. 
  • Galp announces that Filipe Silva has notified the Chairman that he has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Vice-president of the Board of Directors, for family reasons.
  • Trillion Energy International has accepted Arthur Halleran’s resignation and retirement as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, effective December 27, 2024.
