A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Premier Corex, a Dyce-based world leading provider of geological analysis to the international energy industry, for an enthusiastic and driven Commercial Team Coordinator.
Position:
- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
- Hours/Working Pattern: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday either 0830 - 1700 or 0900 - 1730.

The Commercial Team Coordinator will play a critical role in driving our business growth by effectively managing the tender process. This role requires an organised, detail oriented professional who can support in preparation, submission, and follow up of tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and maximising our success rate.
You will be an essential part of our commercial team, working closely with various internal departments to deliver winning proposals.
Kay Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of various bids, quotes, tenders, and other commercial opportunities in pursuit of securing new projects for the company.
- Analyse and interpret tender documents, specifications, and contract requirements to ensure alignment with company capabilities and objectives.
- Support the drafting of compelling tender submissions and proposals, creating high quality and well-written method statements and other related information and develop winning tenders/proposals for new work.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations, sales, finance and legal to gather relevant information and resources for tenders.
- Maintain and update the tender database, ensuring accurate records of all submissions and outcomes.
- Track and report on tender progress, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is complete and accurate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process.
Requirements:
This role requires the highest levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines to ensure the delivery of efficient and high-quality submissions to current clients and potential targets.
As post-holder, you must have strong communication skills and be able to express information and ideas in a manner that is appropriate, concise, and accurate. Due to the nature of the department, confidentiality is imperative.
Relevant tender/quote preparation experience within the energy sector would be an advantage.
Ability to use interviews to extract information required and to turn this into bid/tender winning written responses.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word.
