AMT Mozambique have been contacted by an NGO who are building shelters for people relocated to Chiurre area from North of Cabo Delgado, due to insurgents attacks in February.
AMT arranged the production, and supply of 6894 zinc sheets used for shelter roof covers.
The operation has been carried out involving AMT's QHSE Supervisor providing training onsite and PPE for community workers.
Another high volume delivery operation has been carried in Montepuez District supplying 126.000 units of bamboo. They were required for the construction of 600 shelters by one of the leading NGOs. This operation engaged local workforce at bamboo production sites, and local community workers to assist in the offloading and delivery to clients site.
