The SPE London Section invites you to their upcoming evening event, focused on the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS), including a keynote speech from their SPEI President, Terry Palisch. This event is generously sponsored by slb.

This event presents a valuable opportunity to engage with leaders at the forefront of the industry, providing insights into their strategies and the current positioning of the UKCS.

Speaker profiles

Martin Copeland, CFO Serica Energy
Martin is the CFO of Serica Energy, a circa £750 million market capitalisation London listed E&P company with circa 40k boepd of production and 140mmboe of reserves. Martin joined Serica in February, having moved to the corporate world after 30+ years of advisory and investment banking experience in the sector.

Kate Arman, VP Growth Harbour Energy 
Kate is currently VP for M&A Technical evaluation for Harbour Energy and was part of the deal team for the ongoing Wintershall Deal acquisition. She has been appointed as SVP Subsurface and Reserves for the enlarged company following completion later in the year.
Kate has 25 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas industry with roles in technical, commercial and operational management as well as corporate roles in business development and growth.

Benoit Foubert, VP Digital Offshore Atlantic SLB
Benoit is Vice President Digital for Offshore Atlantic at SLB, a position he assumed in May 2023. Prior to his current role, Benoit held various technical and management positions in operations, technology development and digital product management in the Kingdom of Saudi-Arabia, China, Norway, United Kingdom and the United States.
