Adding to their string of success in India, Absolute Imaging has been awarded a new contract by Vedanta (Cairn Oil & Gas) to process and merge newly acquired 3D seismic with legacy data. Additional 2D and 3D reprocessing and merging is also covered by this 2-year contract, which can be extended further for 1 more year. The data will be processed through both Pre-Stack Time Migration (PSTM) and Pre-Stack Depth Migration (PSDM). Work will be executed in the company's Noida, India office with the support of their Calgary, Canada processing team.
