• Silvia Ortín takes over Finance and IT on the Executive Board of RWE Generation from Katja van Doren who moves to RWE AG as Chief Human Resources Officer on 1 August 2023.
• Nikolaus Valerius has joined the Executive Board of RWE Generation and assumes responsibility for the operating power plant business as COO.
• Steffen Kanitz succeeds Nikolaus Valerius on the Executive Board of RWE Power and takes responsibility for the Nuclear Energy Division.
• Daan Hanssen, SDX Energy's Interim CFO, has tendered his resignation in order to pursue other interests and will be leaving the Company at the end of May 2023.
• Jessica Finch has accepted a new position as Commercial Director at CWind Taiwan.
• American Electric Power has named Michelle Marsh vice president, Safety and Health, effective March 4.
• EnerMech announced that Ian McGough has been promoted to Country Manager for Angola, alongside his counterpart Sean Filby.
• Kasi Usani is joining AFBE Scotland's Executive Board.
• Yuri Mendes Martins has been appointed VP of Brazil at Maritime Developments.
• Weronika Socha is starting a new position as Business Planning Manager at SSE Renewables.
• Sarah Moore, who has worked with Peterson since 2009 and was appointed the company’s CEO in January 2022, is joining the Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) board.
• Alan Bruce from Ithaca will be joining the board of Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) to replace Jose Luis Muñoz from Repsol.
• Nicolas Payer from TotalEnergies has been appointed to the Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) board, replacing his predecessor Jean-Luc Guiziou, who is stepping down following his move to a new role in Paris.
• Neil McCulloch, CEO of Spirit Energy, is taking on the Operator Chair role at Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) from Arne Gurtner, and Doris Reiter from bp will be occupying Neil’s previous role as Vice Chair.
• Carnarvon Energy announced the appointment of Mr Alex Doering to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from 1 June 2023.
• OceanTools have announced the promotion of Brian Hector to General Manager.
• CGG has announced the appointment of Jérôme Serve as Group Chief Financial Officer.
