OMV Petrom SA, the largest energy company in South East Europe, has signed an agreement on the transfer of licenses for nine oil and gas onshore deposits in Romania to Mazarine Energy Romania SRL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mazarine Energy BV (Mazarine Energy).
The transfer of licenses shall be in accordance with all rights and obligations arising from the Oil Law and other relevant regulations. The transfer is subject to the approval of the competent authorities.
