RPS Deepens Commitment to South Korea With New Seoul Office Opening

RPS, a company specializing in offshore wind consulting held an event to commemorate the relocation of the Seoul office from November 15th to 18th. The event was be held at the new office near Seoul City Hall and renewables industry professionals, including international specialists from RPS’ wider renewables team and RPS Korea’s in-country partners attended the event.

South Korea has set an ambitious goal of generating 12GW of offshore wind capacity by 2030, rapidly expanding the opportunities in renewable energy development. RPS is committed to actively supporting these efforts and is involved in several important projects in South Korea. RPS will contribute to the achievement of the government’s goal by supporting developers with their ongoing delivery in South Korea and expanding its base in the Korean offshore wind industry.  

Sam Roh, Country Manager of RPS Korea, said,

We are very excited to host South Korea’s offshore wind and renewables community in our new Seoul location, where major officials in the Korean offshore wind and renewable energy industry can communicate.
