RISC has appointed Bill Billingsley to the Board.

At the beginning of November Peter Dawson retired from the RISC Board after nearly 10 years of service to the company.

Peter joined RISC in early 2013 first as an advisor to the Board prior to taking on the role of CEO later that year.

In September 2017 Peter stepped down as CEO and became a non-executive director of the company, a role he has continued until now.

“Peter’s contribution to the company cannot be under-played, in particular Peter led a change in the company constitution that has enabled us to successfully transition the ownership of the business. We are sorry to see him go and wish him all the best.” Said Martin Wilkes the Managing Director of RISC.

Bill joined RISC in 2018 and has rapidly become a key member of the leadership group. His appointment to the Board as a Director of RISC cements his position as a key influencer within the business.
