  • Following the proposed combination between Capricorn Energy and and NewMed Energy, the Board of the Combined Group will comprise Yossi Abu as CEO, James Smith as CFO and 7 Non-executive Directors, with 2 expected to be representatives of the Delek Group and 5 expected to be independent non-executive directors (2 of which will come from the existing Capricorn Board).
  • bp announced the appointment to its board of Satish Pai as a non-executive director. His appointment will take effect from 1 March 2023.

  • Pedro Sebastiao is joining Azule Energy as Reservoir Director. 
  • Andy Brodie is starting a new position as Offshore Personnel Development Manager at Fugro.
  • Scatec’s current CFO Mikkel Tørud is taking on a new executive management role as EVP, Green Hydrogen and MENA.
  • Duncan Fraser is starting a new position as Operations Manager at EnerMech.
  • Rovco announced the appointment of Mitchell (Mitch) Johnson as the company’s new Director – Americas.
  • Mark Gillard is starting a new position as Project Manager at Fraser Well Management.
  • Aon Plc has further expanded with the appointment of Luise O'Gorman as Global Head of ESG Transaction Advisory Services.

  • Elizabeth Patock is starting a new position as Sales Director at Sword Group.

  • Valaris announced that Matt Lyne has commenced his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, having been appointed to the role in late May.
  • Claire Henderson has started a new job as Supply Chain Manager at Well-Safe Solutions.
  • C-Kore Systems has announced the appointment of Greg Smith and Cynthia Pikaar to the Board of Directors.
  • Cathy Gill is starting a new position as Team Leader at Shearwater GeoServices.
  • PetroStrat welcome Nathan Young-Ziolkowski, who has joined PetroStrat as Marketing Manager.
  • The Board of Directors of REC Silicon ASA announces that Mr. William Kurtis Levens will succeed James A. May II as the new Chief Executive Offer of the REC Silicon group.
  • Jonny Moroney moved from the role of operations director, following almost eight years of operational and project management experience at Verlume, to chief operating officer.
  • Paul Slorach moved to the role of chief technology officer at Verlume, after around eight years managing the company’s business development activities.
  • Andy Martin joined Verlume in the new role of chief commercial officer, where he will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies across the underwater, offshore and onshore sectors.
  • Richard Knox is now chief executive officer, previously being managing director of Verlume.
  • William Reid is starting a new position as VP of Global Sales at ESA.
  • Richard Strachan has been promoted to Chief Legal Counsel - North America and Europe Africa; Assistant General Counsel - Data Privacy at Weatherford.
  • Abigail Robertson is starting a new position as Structural Engineer at Seaway 7.
