Expro Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Geothermal Development Manager, to join the Portfolio Advancement team based in Aberdeen.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

• Conduct market research and through close customer engagement, create, and maintain, a living business plan where strategy and portfolio advancements are driven by customer challenges and industry needs. Translate long term vision/strategy into short term clear deliverables and goals that direct the current and future portfolio in line with overall operational and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate across all product lines to enhance Expro’s Geothermal technical offering, ensuring our solution meets market, customer and regulatory demands and propels Expro into a market leading position as a Geothermal partner of choice.
• Engage with customers, industry bodies and regulation authorities to stay well-informed of market drivers and understand energy industry changes, ensuring these drive our strategic direction
• Interact with R&D and Engineering personnel to ensure Geothermal technology development is in line with market needs and support Technology and Knowledge Transfer across projects and PL’s
• Research market to identify competing or potentially competing products and evaluates strengths and gaps.
• Promote Expro’s Geothermal technology solutions externally at industry conferences and with key customers, establishing Expro as Strategic Partner and trusted advisor in P&A industry

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Degree qualified or formal technical qualification
• Prior project management experience of Geothermal projects
• 10+ years technical / operational experience within Geothermal preferred
• Sound commercial knowledge and an understanding of overall Geothermal market drivers and barriers
