Oilex today announced that following shareholder approval at the General Meeting held on 13 July 2022, to change the Company name to Synergia Energy Limited, the effective date of the change of Company name with the Australian Securities and Investments occurred on 18 July 2022, with trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) under the Company’s new name and ticker (‘SYN') to be on or around 26 July 2022.
The Company’s new website will be www.synergiaenergy.com.
