The board of Norwegian Oil and Gas have decided to suspend the membership of the Russian companies Lukoil Overseas North Shelf AS and RN Nordic Oil AS.

"In light of the situation in Ukraine, the board of Norwegian Oil and Gas have decided to suspend the membership of the Russian companies Lukoil Overseas North Shelf AS and RN Nordic Oil AS. Furthermore, Lukoil Overseas North Shelf AS has today terminated their membership in Norwegian Oil and Gas."
