Holt Energy Advisors today announced the appointment of three new members of the team based in London. 

Simon Compton will become a Director of HEA and brings over 30 years experience in the energy industry in a number of technical, business development and commercial roles. Simon enhances HEA's capability in the areas of A&D, commercial, investment appraisal, business development and strategy. He was most recently Head of Commercial and Legal at Sterling Energy and previously worked for BMO, Premier Oil, BHP, Gulf Keystone, Enterprise Oil and Hess.

Wesley Johnson joins the team in a part-time capacity assisting with HEA's corporate development. Wes has over 14 years experience in the energy sector with expertise in business growth, product development and client acquisition.

Auzair Ali has joined the team as an Analyst to work on economic and fiscal modelling assignments, supporting hydrocarbon sales marketing and A&D mandates and helping to develop HEA's business in the area of carbon management and sustainability.
