North GeoServices today announced the appointment of it's Board of Directors.
Erik Hokholt, Executive Chairman (Finance)
Erik is an experienced business manager from listed offshore companies in Norway with world-wide operations, where he primarily worked as a highly operative CFO. Several of the companies were taken from small start-ups with new efficient technologies, through a significant growth, and eventually listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Erik has worked for more than 25 years in the Marine Seismic industry.
Benjamin Nordhaug, Board Member (Legal)
Benjamin is a corporate lawyer, with focus on company law, contractual law, negotiations and dispute resolution. With 11 years of experience within his field of expertise, Benjamin has also become a solid advisor for companies, Board of Directors, management teams, shareholders and investors.
David Hemingway, Board Member (Operations)
David has extensive commercial, operations & project management experience within the offshore oil & gas survey industry. After 32 years in the industry, he has gained broad managerial experience in all aspects of global survey operations: technical, QHSE, logistics, procurement & personnel. David has held Senior managerial positions in sales, marketing & operations.
Jan Åge Greger, Board Member (Geoscience)
Jan Åge is an enthusiast for changes in the energy industry. With 38 years of experience in global exploration with international E&P operators, he has been involved in field and business development. Jan Åge also has a well established track record for geological targets and prospect assessments, and has led teams through negotiations, planning and implementation. His experience with exploration technology development, incl. digitalisation and R&D project management must also be mentioned.
