Sabine Weth will be joining Swire Energy Services (SES) as Vice President of Offshore Wind, a new position for the organisation and a notable shift in the long-term focus for SES. Sabine will also form part of the Executive Management team for the global business.

Sabine joins SES from KONGSTEIN, where she held the position as Country Manager for Norway. A Material Engineer with her masters from RWTH Aachen in Germany, Sabine has over 11 years’ experience working within the offshore wind and renewable energy, holding positions as Head of Operations Offshore Wind with EWE Offshore Service & Solutions, and Senior Commercial Asset Manager at Northland Power.

Commenting on her appointment, Sabine Weth said;

Having spent the last few years working within a smaller scale operation, there is a feeling I am coming home to Swire, and the offshore wind operations and maintenance. Swire Energy Services new Offshore Wind division will support the ongoing development and transition of the business as an energy service leader. The new offshore wind division will focus on delivering a complete integrated service solution that will in time offer critical inspection and maintenance packages to support the entire life cycle of offshore wind assets.
