Airswift is pleased to announce the launch of the 2021 Global Energy Talent Index (GETI) report - the world’s largest research report on recruitment and employment trends in the energy industry.

Compiled by Airswift and Energy Jobline, the fifth annual edition of the report draws from 16,000 survey responses from professionals across the oil and gas, renewables, power, nuclear and petrochemicals sectors.

This year’s findings include:

• 32% of respondents saying that their employer is offering more flexible options to build resilience in their business 
• 45% of workers claimed their salary had stayed the same over the last year, with 20% saying it had decreased by more than 5% 
• 34% of energy workers feel ‘quite confident’, and 22% felt ‘very confident’ that their employer is resilient to changes
• However, 42% would like to see more training and mentorship programmes to build more resilience.
