KW Designed Solutions Ltd have been chosen to design, manufacture, assemble and install a hyperbaric testing system which will have a 900 litre volume hyperbaric chamber rated at 750Bar operating pressure and it will utilise our automated KWik-Lok closure system. The hyperbaric chamber will come complete with a fully automated fluid management system to directly simulate the harsh deep sea conditions to meet our customers specific test profiles and procedures.

The system’s fully automated pressure control system will have pre-defined programmable functions with data logging and reporting capabilities.

All the pressure testing equipment will be fully installed and commissioned, following this activity KW engineers will conduct a comprehensive operator training programme including both, basic and advanced training for the on-site operators.

The KW team are incredibly keen and excited to get started with this project which will accompany a strong amount of ongoing projects in production at the moment.
